Daniela Nogueira

Daniela Nogueira was a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute from 2018-2019. She graduated from Yale Law School, where she worked on freedom of information, government transparency, and secret law cases as a member of the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic. She was also a member of the Veterans Legal Services Clinic and an editor of the Yale Law Journal. After graduating, Daniela clerked for the Hon. Richard A. Paez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. During law school, Daniela worked for the ACLU National Security Project and Jenner & Block. Prior to law school, she worked in aid and development in Palestine. Daniela received her B.A. in Government from Harvard University.
